NO! My last female supervisor is an arrogant, overbearing, ignorant *****! The combination of those attributes made working with her insufferable. She fired me and it was declared by the state to be an unjust discharge.
I agree with the comments here against working with a female supervisor. Emotion and incompentency too often come with their baggage.

NO WAY!!! I've turned down job offers when i find out the boss would be a woman. even though i'm one myself, i dont like to work for them cuz they put their personal emotions and attitudes into the job and are not professional in dealing w/ issues.

No! They were all too moody! And this one was going through a divorce and I was seeing a mgr. from a different dept. and as soon as she caught wind of it, I was fired for the most miniscule thing ever! I was their BEST employee, always went above and beyond, won awards, etc. Nope- don't like em because of my own personal experiences with them!
