does anyone know how cheap it will be tomorrow,and what bargains will there be,,,what time do shops open?
It's up to 50% off and that includes the VAT reduction. My local Woolworth's opens at 8:30am, but the shelves have been more or less empty for the past week or so, so there's not a lot left to buy lol

Sorry to disappoint, but I work for woolies and I can tell you that the only stock we have now is pure crap. If you want to buy toys/clothes/entertainment products forget it. We do however have a ridiculous amount of tupperware/latex gloves/laundry baskets.

I was in my local woolies today and their shelves were looking pretty bare. They were already giving discounts of up to 50% though most seemed a lot less. I doubt if there are going to be many worthwhile bargains around tomorrow.

some people are saying 50% but some saying there will only be 10% off and only on SOME things.
i went round the whole shop yesterday and i didnt see 1 thing that was 50% off yet the sign says 50% off EVERYTHING in store. plus was pretty bare in there.

They've been having an 'up to 50%' sale for quite a few days now so my guess is that tomorrow things will be cheaper still because they need to take in as much money now as quickly as they can and get rid of a huge amount of stock. Be prepared for queues though because many will be looking for bargains.
