As far as I'm concerned I think that they are a greedy Co. They have ruined every old British Co that they have taken over. Still it is your decision. But let's all back British Co when we can. As the government doesn't seem to care who runs our industries just so long as the treasury coffers are full

They have a really bad corporate image many universities wont stock their products though they probably buy Nestle subsidiary products without knowing. You wouldn't be a person welcome in many parts of Africa as their scandal is still felt by many over there I have firends in South Africa who when they visit refuse to touch anything Nestle.

Also last year they recruited a lot of staff for their food service arm globally and i've heard they're since laying them all off after just a year! Also I prefer Cadbury chocolate and know that if you took off their coffee and water sales they would be a much smaller company, they would be a low third for food manufacture, only second for ice cream, through the floor on tea. I've heard Premier Foods, Kraft, Unilever, Diageo, Masterfoods and Cadbury Trebor Bassett are better companies to work for.

tongue in cheek
nestle are evil baastards who enslave cocoa producers in the name of profit

you should only ever buy fair trade chocolate

i used to work for a company that was owned by nestle. they are pretty good. they have a great reputation and are seen as a good place to work. one thing is that they are very regimented in their processes and are quite conservative due to the fact that they are Swiss.
