Would it be better for your company?
to eliminate non English speaking work force or prior temporary workers who hadn't been through background check to comply with FDA approval. what are the pro and cons.

yes because my company is 400 millions dollars company so I expect a better quality of work force not temporary workers who didn't have back ground check to work with my professional level associates those types of people can bring my company down because they can do the unthinkable my associates will not be able to work happily without threads from violent ex-cons and for the non English speaking they have to go learn English before they can work for my company lack of communications can lead to misunderstanding and for my company quality is the key for FDA approval and client's needs.

yes it would, because my company is not a farm. It's a 400 million dollars company, that require more professional level of associates, who is more knowledgeable and more educated, because we are FDA approved company, and the work force that have learning disabilities, will have problems with following rules and regulations. My company is about documentations and the quality of the products. When I take over the company, I have to make sure my company is at professional level and all my associates have to be professionals not just a factory worker working like cows without rest and get bullied by the old rules. I want them to start fresh with me and be happy with what they are doing so they will be motivated to make my company grow.

Hello. I think it would be better to get rid of the non FDA approved workers but not necessarily, completely, the non English speaking workers. You could put them in a foreign relations department of some kind. But the cons of keeping the entirety of them is an unbalanced work force, personal discrepancies, and a language barrier that just keeps getting better (sarcasm). Good question. Good bye.

It will depend on what type of jobs, because some of the labor job, not too many ppl are willing to do it. (look around for the landscaping, construction type of jobs). There are many "un-document" workers are English speaking (Canadian, African, European).
Usually, they are not as demanding as the American.... and for smaller company, it might saving on health benefit, unemployment insurance etc....

Would not eliminate anyone. Would try to correct procedures re checks & introduce language lessons & try to improve working lives.
