There should be a specified amount of time that you should have been given inorder to prove your acceptance of a product or not, such as , 90 days, or someting in this order. It will be clearly written in the paperwork that you were given when you purchased the skateboard! If you were given 30 days to be satisfied with your skate board & it's losing its paper after only the first week or so, then, yes, trake the skate board back with the receipt of purchase, & they will gladly exchange you for a new skate board!!! |

Walmart generally accepts returns without a receipt. Walmart will give cash refunds if its under $25. Gift card if its over $25. Apparently walmart now tracks how many times a person returns an item. The only people that really have trouble are those that try to defraud the company. If the item is in bad shape, broken, no longer in stock and you no longer have a bar code for it then that's when it gets tough to get credit for it. Really it could be up to the Manager. If its not completely destroyed then you may be able to get credit. |

You're an idiot. Go buy a new one. Wal-Mart isn't a Rental Center, it's a Retail establishment designed to sell goods for use. If you've worn the product out then ask for a new one as a Christmas or Birthday gift. Maybe you could even buy it for yourself. The return policy isn't designed for a trade in just to get a new one. However, having seen some of the things Wal~mart has taken back, since I am a Wal~Mart associate, would not surprise me if some dumb service desk employee and manager don't have th courage to tell you "No". How would you suggest Wal~Mart stay in business if everyone returns their worn out goods for new ones. |
