I try and avoid it as much as I can. Not only is it just a rotten company, all of their merchandise is low quality crap. |

I live in the middle of nowhere and Walmart is the only place to get a lot of things. I wouldn't boycott it. |

for you man, absolutely. Actually, if you do some research on how much a city's tax base is taxed when a Wal-mart is there, is sad. The tax abatement's a city allows Wal-mart, is insane. |

Yes! I try to avoid it... it's bad for America. Or, if I do shop there, I try to buy products made in America, especially cotton products. |

No, I don't agree. I used to work for Wal-Mart; worked for them for 3 yrs and had to quit due to medical reasons. What people need to realize is that not all Wal-Marts are run the same. I've read about lawsuits as to how awful they were to their employees, but I work for a Wal-Mart in Boiling Springs, SC and they treated all thier employees with great respect and caring. The store I worked for represented and presented Sam Waltons ideas, dreams and perspectives in a very dignified way. I was proud to be an "employee" of that Wal-Mart. It's the peoples perception in whatever state they are in that makes Wal-Mart bad or good. |

I am already boycotting Wal-mart. I do not buy anything from them or any of their other enterprises -- It is my choice where I spend my money. |

Hey, don't spoil a good thing. WM usually has the best prices on everything. You can't beat that for free-enterprise. |

Are you one of those people that hate Halliburton also? Leave Wal-Mart alone, they supply a good product at a reasonable price. |

I refuse to shop there on principle! |

You may have a point, but boycotts are useless. Walmart is cheap and people will continue to shop there because it's hard to pay more for something than you know it's worth just on principle. Walmart's policies obviously aren't bad enough to keep people from working there. |

if thier that bad why do so many people work there? |

I probably wouldn't be alive right now if it wasn't for wal-marts 19 cents per pound bananas and 3 cent packages of ramen noodles. They are good overall. They don't make people work for them. |

The WM near my house has the worst service I have ever seen so I boycott it on a different principle. (does not apply to every walmart) |

I agree with you. Although the poor worker policies do not affect only Americans....they affect everyone
I try as much as I can not to shop there. |

Sucks. AND you wait in line for hours just to get checked out by the 2 people checking...BLAH! |

Walmart not only undercompensates its employees, but it also discriminates against elderly and handicapped employees and puts small, independent retailers out of business.
Sadly, many Americans care only about the fact that they will save a few bucks by shopping there... They do not care as long as they are not directly or personally affected. |
