I think everyone should leave them since they made such a oxymoron statement telling the ones that they dropped if they have any questions to call costumer service. Isn't that the reason they dropped them in the first place? oy vey! |

I suspect that those 1,000 subscribers lived in areas with poor cell phone reception - especially if they were Nextel Walkie-Talkie subscribers. Because they called Sprint and continually complained about their poor reception, Sprint correctly terminated their service and suggested that other companies could provide better wireless service than Sprint.
I lost many calls and walkie-talkie calls but I did not call Sprint to chronically complain about the lack of service. |

It is just bad business. I get tired of hearing complaints too, however, it just comes with the job. I can deal with a bad company that is trying to improve, just not one that cuts down loyal customers..

Simply put, no. I worked for Sprint, and their customer service and policies were the worst in the industry. I'm amazed that they have any customers at all.
I have T-Mobile. I get more. |

Thank God I'm not and NO I would probably boycott and have marches and protest those types of companies. I already am VERY radical against Wal-Mart!! |

No, as I grow older, I have less patience for poor service. I have been known to leave restaurants for lack of service and do complain. I work in the service industry and a client complaint gets my immediate attention. |

I wouldn't go with a company that drops customers. I wouldn't stay with them. |

I got rid of sprint a few years ago and tell everyone to never use them. They rip you off on the bill if you are not looking at it very carefully for one. I can belive that they let customers go who brought up a problem.
I now have TMobile and have not had one problem with them. They can answer our questions and the bill has always been what they said it would be. They are the only company I have not had problems with to tell the truth. |

I heard that the customers dropped from Sprint, averaged 50 customer service calls a month. I know *I* don't average 5 calls A YEAR.
So I don't blame a company for not wanting to deal with high maintenance customers! It's a free country! People need to stop whining and start taking care of themselves. Now I'm just waiting for emergency rooms to throw out the people (untreated) that stop by with colds, and other non-emergency issues. |

If I felt that I needed to call a company 50 times per month, then I would probably be smart enough to stop doing business with them on my own. |
