The Directors all flew off to Los Angeles for the big fight for their Christmas treat. The managers were taken to Edinburgh to party. The workforce had nothing; in fact last year they were given £15 woth of vouchers and for a couple of years before they were given £25. This was taken off them this year. |

ok, look at it this way. if you do something bad and the company goes under, its the directors that get the flack not you. you are protected unless it criminal. it may seem directors dont do much, but the responsibility they have is enormous as they are liable for your mistakes.
now with responsibilty comes more pay and more benefits.
so would you rather have a £15 voucher and be able to sleep at night, or go watch the boxing but worry about being sued, or watching loads of employees being made redundant? |
