well, it has more to do with China than anything else......and that little geek guy with the fast trigger finger on the delete button don't help!
they have lost market share for only one reason......the people at top do not run this search engine anymore!
you need to get in their face and let them know....your not happy... sometimes they will listen....but most of the time....it is not left up to them...........China is King when it comes to censor! |

Google's primary popularity is as a search engine. It is more powerful than Yahoo! Because Google has more power, it has attracted more popularity. Google has done many things first, among them was including satellite imagery in its maps section. Yahoo just added that capability recently.
In terms of utility and quality of search, I think Yahoo! is better and in terms of customer services and enhancements. For too many years, Google had just the white screen with no home page, and I did not like that.
Yahoo! doesn't censor any of the things you mentioned. |

Yahoo! is the #1 site on the planet. Google cancelled their "answers"-style forum due to lack of interest and most people don't even know MSN has QnA. And most people aren't vulgar fools, not even the new internet generation. |
