Ok. So my employer paid me more than view should have. I was in training still and asked my training manager about the flux in income and was told it was a bonus check. Now 3 months later and that manager has been let go for other reasons. The company is taking half of my checks because of their accounting error even tho I had asked a manager above me and was told it was my bonus. Is this legal?
