John | how long does USPS parcal shipment takes to deliver? |
I ordered something on hollister co on June 3 and they send me wrong merchandise, I shipped back the wrong merchandise on June 4 using the smart label that came with it. today is June 14 and they say they still haven't received my returned item. How long does it usually take for them to receive it. I think on the smart label it says usps parcal, their return department is located in Ohio and mine is being shipped from New york city. does anyone know how many business days? thanks
also, side note, does it also happen to you, that when you ordered stuff from hollister co, they shipped you wrong merchandise? tell me about your experience if you have one. thanks |

It does in fact take about 10 business days for something like that to get back to them (Saturdays and Sundays are not counted as business days). You sent it back on the 4th. They may not get it back until around the 18th. Are you saying that you ordered something on the 3rd and it arrived on the 4th? That's pretty hard to believe unless you paid a small fortune for overnight delivery. Anyways, even if they do get it back by sometime this week, that does mean that they will put the money back on your card immediately. That can take another two weeks. USPS is terrible at parcels, by the way. Great at regular mail, but parcels? No.
