This is a dumb question, but lets say I win an item by bidding online on Ebay. I'm ready to pay the person via Paypal. when I send the money through Paypal, do I include the shipping cost in that payment? Or do I pay the shipping somewhere else.
I'm new to all this mail, paypal, and ebay stuff. I'v been hearing different things! AHH What to do. I won something for $20.00 and it was like $5.00 shipping, do I just send $25.00? through Paypal to the individual or what?

when you get your invoice for your items the cost plus shipping and handling is included so when you pay through paypal its all one transaction |

You pay the total (which included shipping costs).
If you click Pay Now after you win the auction, an invoice page will come up which shows you the total costs, including shipping charges, and allows you to pay the whole thing there and then. |

First of all, do you have a PayPal acct set up? You have to have that done in order to do your payments through them.
The total should already be added up for you so it should say to pay $25.00, and there should be a button that says "pay now". It should take you directly to PayPal. Again there should be another button that says "pay now" click on that, and it should go through.

The seller will 'send' you a bill that will include shipping. Pay the invoice for the amount it states. It should include shipping. I always add an extra 1.65 (USA) for insurance, because I desire a way to track the item once they send it. |

from Ebay winning the bid you click on the paypal link, and it will bill you the entire amount the seller is needing, both for the product and the shipping.
You need only approve the amount that will automatically show up on the screen.
