Do not trust Mr. Noberts. I have had contact with him and despite his own pleas, he is involved in advance loan scams. My bank and others (see Crimes of Persuasion website) make it very clear that it is illegal for any lender, private or otherwise, to receive any form of advance payment prior to distrubution of loan funds. It may be called many things from insurance, collateral, etc. But it is not legal transaction in the United States. |

There are no legit lenders on here or online that will lend money unsecured to someone with bad credit
Anyone that claims they can - and starts asking for application fees, processing fees, transaction fees, etc - you are getting scammed |
