It should have started working the second after you activated it - if it isn't working by 1 hour after activation, call the customer service number on the back of the card and ask them about the problem. |

It must not be all the way activated, call the number on the back of the card. I just got one a few weeks ago, activated it, went straight to the store to use it. |

Call Capital One. Their number for customer service is on back of the card. Tell them what happened & they will fix it. You should not have this problem. |

Hey their absoultly correct it should work as soon as you activate it.. As a matter of fact, when i signed up for mine, they gave me my card number online before i got the physical card and i ordered pizza over the phone that same day, so definatly call capital one. Oh also you might want to check did they charge you to sign up for it? And your credit line just incase. Good Luck! =) |

It should work as soon as it is activated, but in my experience its better not to use it!!. Send it back to capital one and dont ever take our their credit cards again! |
