Yeah, they want to keep you in debt. They use intimidation tactics to make sure they get paid, but they don't really wanty you to stop racking up debt. I was the same way but I sought help from a credit counseling agency. I make a bi-weekly payment to them and they are paying off my debt little by litte. Keeps me from having to juggle everything and getting yelled at by nasty collections people. I use Greenpath, but there are others out there. |

Well they use to love you. But now you've maxed yourself out and are making late payments. Chances are you're going to default or file bankruptcy. So all those creditors are turning their love on someone else who is just starting to run up that credit card debt. |

In reality if you don't pay your credit cards for 6 months the credit card company sells your debt to a debt collector. The credit card company reports your debt to the agency to reflect on your credit score, but they have already written it off. You can honestly tell these debt collectors who bought your debt to kiss your a$$ and not call you anymore, because technically you don't have to pay them a dime.The debt has already been written off, so therefore these debt collectors are hoping you pay little by little so that they can continue to make money off of you. That is why they intimidate you and make you think that they're going to call the cops and put you in jail and do all kinds of horrible things to you. If they physically threaten you, then you can call the police on them. |
