There's no such thing as a cheap credit card, it's usually the most expensive way of borrowing money ever devised.
But if you INSIST on having one, check out the comparison table on The Motley Fool: http://www.fool.co.uk/credit-cards/credit-cards-comparison.aspx |

Credit cards are never cheap.
However, Capital One usually have some cheaper rate interest (mine is under 9%) cards depending on your credit score. Pretty much all of their cards are 'no annual fee' and offer 0% interest for a time period.
One i would stay away from is Chase bank. I had a card that Chase took over and my interest went up with out warning or reason, and their customer service is horrible. |

All credit cards have a teaser rate at some point during their servicing of your account. I have found that Chase is one of the best at offering low rates, and sometimes zero interest for six to nine months. Discovery is another, and Capital One is another that offer specials. It is not necessarily the starting regular rate that makes a credit card desirable, but these special rates. If you manage your account in a satisfactory manner these time to time specials will permit you to make a larger purchase much cheaper than the actual retailer's credit card. This works best on balance transfers, so if you have a rate in the thirteen plus percent, and have another two or three cards, you can pay off the higher card with the lower card's special interest rate. This will enable you to pay more as the interest amount will be much less, and therefore you can pay off the transferred amount within the time period of the special rate. Do be careful, however, and don't over spend as they really want you to do, as once the special rate expires, their interest rate may actually be higher at the end that the card that was paid off. It is called credit card management, and by having several I have kept my overall interest rate average on all of my cards to about three percent over the past couple of years. |

What do you mean by "cheap"? Do you mean with a low interest rate? If so, there are all kinds of different credit cards with different APRs. Your credit history and score could possibly effect what your APR would be on a card... I suggest you go to a Google search engine and type in "Credit cards with low interest rates" and just do some browsing... |
