Sounds fishy.
The nail in the coffin is whether you're asking this because he asked you to send HIM some money before he could issue the loan.
If he did ask for the money it is almost certainly a scam. Run, don't walk, away and forget about it. |

If the guy has an e-mail address from a free, public provider like Yahoo, GMail, or Hotmail, he's scamming you. Toss him to scam baiters. |

Sounds like a hoax to me...a email that usually comes from the UK and also Nigeria...I would report them as spam...I really doubt this is legit..
AND ALWAYS REMEMBER IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS... |

If this person is using a free e-mail address and/or requests money upfront (especially wired thru Western Union) it's a scam.
Yahoo Answers has been infected with lots of these loan scams. |

Don't do it. He is not real. I sent him about 1000.00 and he took off with it. Pass this to everyone you know. He has a fake address and he ges by a lot of different names. Go through a legit company, he is not real. It is a scam. He will make you send a bucnch of money and he sends a fake license also. He will tell you that other people are the fakes usinghis name to make it sound good. He is the fake. He will even tell you that he is working with the police over there to catch these people. Not real. His address is in the middle af a road in the united kingdom. |
