No. Harassment is not allowed. Tell them to put all correspondence with you in writing. They are not to contact you at work or at home via phone anymore. Then, follow that up by sending them a letter stating the only correspondence you want from them regarding your account needs to be sent to you in writing. If they violate that notice, take it up with the Federal Trade Commission (has complaint form on their site). |

you should request in writing to them and keep a copy for yourself that they do not contact your place of employment. you can also request that all contact be through the mail. if they do not adhere to these requests you can file a complaint with the Federal trade commission. |

They are unless you let them know that your employer does not want you to receive these calls any longer. If they persist, report them to the authorities. |
