Yes, but before giving them hundreds, why not try it yourself for $20 ? Many people will tell you that you can do this yourself. You can with a little help. The key is to have the language of your letters correct. The wrong verbage will get you thrown into a turndown stack and possibly blacklisted. Additional tips will help you as well. I have had success with a do it yourself credit repair kit that costs less than $20…….a much better solution to those firms charging per month or $699 for a program. Good luck. |

You can accomplish everything that CREDIT REPAIR companies promise for about $30. Pick up the credit repair kit at Office Depot or the like, follow the easy steps and you will receive the same or better results. Then be careful with your money. Hope this helps. Ed |

I had a similar problem then I found a website that referred me to a couple of credit attorneys. I found out the hard way there a lot of scam artists in this field. But these credit attorneys were honest and straight forward and helped me clean out a lot of the old stuff that can be challenged and did it in a record time. They raised my credit score by over 100 points and are still working on it. The site I mentioned is www.1-800BadCredit.com - They sure helped me. Good Luck! |

There are institutions that offer financial help, but of course you must consider their terms. Take the ones that would offer you a much lesser interest and would give you a better option in payment terms. |

Just ask yourself this..
If there was.. wouldnt everyone do it? And wouldnt you hear about them alot more often?
The answer is NO. Like most forms of debt repair and consolidation they are just rip off artists looking to take advatage of desperate people. |

If you would have asked this question a few months ago, I would have agreed with the people saying no. However, I was turned on to this company and back it 100%. I was/am in the same spot trying to clear up my credit. The name of the company is Trinity Credit Services. http://trinitycreditservices.com/
This company is cleared through BBB and is a recommended company through the military. I am in the Army, and on our webpage, it has links of recommended and cleared companies for soldiers to use. Trinity is on there.
Basically, it is a 180 day program that attacks your negative marks on your report regardless if it is completely valid or not. All my negative points were on there for good reason..i didnt pay. There are approx 200 laws a creditor must follow before placing negative marks on your report. most dont follow all of them, especially collections agencies that just want their money. If they cannot prove they followed every law (even 199 out of 200), they must remove it from the report. basically its a one time fee (depends what and how much you have negative on your report, to how much it costs). i believe they call it a retainer as they are lawyers. there are other companies that are similar, but the big difference is they charge monthly fees instead of the upfront one time fee. basically they will take your $100 a month and attack a few of the negative marks at a time to string you along for as many months as they can and collect the monthly fee. Trinity attacks every negative mark on your report from the start. You will be done with the program in 180 days. at least check out the page and get the free consultation.
