Join the depressed club. lol. I am spent out because of the Holidays with buying gifts and things but look at it this way, it is almost time for INCOME TAX REFUND! lol. I know that "financial hole" is the most difficult one to get out of, but....
The last thing you wan't to do is to get depressed- it's cliche, but it's true- the most important thing in life is HEALTH.
However, who ever said that, has never been in debt (you might think).
Try to cut down on your expenses.
If you have stuff, don't by replacements, because "it's a great deal". Just because something is on 80% off sale, doesn't mean you NEED it.
Because if you want' to get out of the "hole", for a little while, you'll have to sacrifice the things that you "want" for things that you "absolutely need".
But if your job isn't paying enought to even cover your bills- either ask for raise or change the job- YOU DON"T HAVE A CHOICE.
If your job is fine, and your problem is exessive spending- then do what i typed above ("need" not "want") - keep putting money in the bank, and only spend on neccesities- once you get a little lump of cash in the bank... you'll feel GREAT.
and for goodness sakes, who balances checkbooks anymore?!?!

Don't feel depressed. It can cause you mental problems. I 've never feel dipressed in financial matters. The simple reason is: just spend less and you will feel tension less. |
