As all the previous answerers to your non-question have pointed out you need to ask a question. Have I ever been sued by a credit card company in MO? No. If you are being sued than many things have transpired before to get you to this point. In my experience most creditors want to get paid. If you own nothing than you have nothing to lose except for your credit rating. If I were being sued by a creditor I would contact them and see if I could make some type of arrangement to stop the legal action from proceeding. If you pay only the interest every month they will be perfectly content to take your money infinitely. I know lots of folks who pay only the minimum payment due which usually means all you pay is the interest and perhaps a couple of bucks towards the principal owed. Of course at that rate you will be paying them monthly until you die. |
