No such thing. Pay as you go and you will come out ahead.
Credit card companies (Banks) make all the rules and can change them in the middle of the game. You can get a card with a low interest rate but they can also jack up the interest rate for any reason. when your down and out they will turn up the heat. Just read the fine print.
Banks spend millions brainwashing people into thinking they need credit cards and a high I Love Debt score to make it in todays world. Thats a load of buffalo dung! Debt Free is definitely the way to be. |

Just go to your bank and get a debit card. Use it like a credit card for purchases, with one exception. You are using money that is in your bank account. No punitive interest rates like 32.99%
No stinking monthly payments.
And you have the same protection if it is lost or stolen.
High interest credit cards are a rip-off.... |

Some of the better cards for non-special-category spending (e.g. gas, grocery, restaurants) are the American Express Blue Sky card (1.33% rewards on all spending), the Fidelity Signature Rewards Visa (1.5% cash back on all spending), and the Capital One No Hassle Miles Ultra for Professionals (can net nearly 2% on all spending when applying it to airline tickets that cost $600+ or nearly $350).
You can use this rewards calculator to see which credit card will pay you the most for your overall spending profile:

Note that the calculator converts all reward currencies (frequent flyer miles, points, cash back) to dollars for an easy apples-to-apples comparison. |

It varies from person to person. Look at
Get a normal credit card, and pay off the balence in full at the end of the month, then you won't get hammered for interest at all.
There is no rule against you over paying on your normal credit card and using it like a pre-pay without the fees.

MasterCard - I haven't been anywhere in the world I couldn't use it. Whatever you do . . . DO NOT USE A CHECK/DEBIT/ATM CARD linked to your bank account. It does NOT offer the same level of protection for theft or disputes as a "regular" credit card. |
