If you list the skills you have, it might help people answer your question more accurately. Some things you might consider:

garage sale
sell items on ebay or craig's list
waitress on weekends (place where you can get good tips)
clean people's houses (new construction cleaning can bring in bigger money)
babysitting
look in your newspaper for temporary evening or weekend jobs
place a work wanted ad in local papers, coffee shops, grocery stores, etc.

First, call the card issuer and have the account marked "payment only", then cut the card up, then pay the bill off and never get another one until you can afford it.

Get rid of the cell phone, which is a luxury, and use the extra cash to pay off the card.

Part time job. You could pay it off in a couple of months. 7-11 is always looking for people.

Either get a second job or work overtime. You may have to get rid of something, like the cell phone, until you catch your credit card bill up. Don't ruin your credit rating already. You are way to young for that.

I have to agree why do you have a cell phone? That is a luxury not a necessity get another job. Why run up your credit card to the max when to cant even make the payments in the first place you cant tell us you maxed out your card and thought you could make the payments you should of stoped charging at $100.00.

And if you live some what close to work with in 7 miles save the gas money and ride a bike..I did that

You better act more responsibly finacially. You best start paying some, even if it is minimum payments. If you default, and wind up with a bad credit report, you will be sorry, because it take a long time to build it up again.
