I think you can...BUT beware
I have myself worked with a credit card company and noticed they strip oif there customers with any excuse they can get and i have had customers crying over the phone!
here's a tip!
Even if you get a credit card for any purpose..pay off the full balance including the interest and make sure your balance is back to zero and they can't charge u a dime!
Cheers! |

No, only as an authorized user from a parent or consenting adults credit card. and even when you do turn 18 good luck getting one right away getting a credit card is not only difficult but a huge responsibility not free money as most young adults think. |

You have to be 18 to apply for a credit card on your own; "young people under 18 technically can't apply for a credit card without a parent's co-signature." |

No, you must be 18 to legally enter into a binding contract, which is what you are signing at the bottom of the application. You can be an authorized user on someone else's account if they add you, but they would be responsible for payments on the account, not you. |

You need to be 18 or you can get a cosigner.
you can get some good credit cards with low apr and some reward programs and then buy the necessary things with this card and pay the bills on time. You can also try some reward cards they are good. All these will make your credit good.Discover has some cards with 0% intro apr rates and also some reward programs.

no, you have to be at least 18 to receive a bill for something!!buying something or paying for a service is a contract and people under the age of 18 do not have legal capacity to enter into a contract, therefore it is illegal for the credit card company t charge you for expenses you caused !, so they dont give you one in the first place! |
