Can I change the due date on a credit card bill?
Two of my credit card bills are due on the 31st. I get paid on the 1st only. Can I request to have my due dates changed so that I don't have to worry if I will have the money to pay my bill? Additional Details With no penalties!
Yes, call your cc company on the # on the back of the card and set up a new billing cycle. They should be willing or cancel them.
Try to get enough $$$ in the bank so you will be ahead. You can do it, even if a little at a time.

Call the CC company, they should be able to do that for you easy enough.
Although it sounds like you have more of a budgeting problem than a due date problem. If you're charging so much that you're unsure if you can pay it for the next bill, then it sounds like you're charging too much. Either put off the purchase, get a debit card to hit your bank account or pay for it in cash. If you don't have savings in the bank to cover next month's bills, you need to take a serious look at how much you're actually spending and why.
Paying it off is great, but catch yourself now before it becomes too late. Don't finance a lifestyle with credit cards or you're going to run into this issue more often in the future.

If you know for sure you have the money on the 1st. Then you can just go ahead and pay for the bills first, 1) they won't withdraw your money immediately, so you don't have to worry. But make sure you have the money in your checking/saving account on the 1st.

I don't understand. If they're due on the 31st it seems like that would be the way you would want it. Whe do you want to change it to?
Richard
Yes, most credit card companies will change the due date to anything you ask. Call the customer service number on the card or in your bill.

Yes, just call the 800 number on the back and they will gladly change the due date. You wont get a break on any current bills though.

yes. call your card companies and they most likely will work with you on that. some are sticklers but most aren't. what's the worse they will say...no?

Yes you can. All you have to do is call them and tell them you need the due date changed and tell them why, they will do that for you. Be careful though because some will only let you do that once. (other than that I am not aware of any other penalties) (Good job paying them off every month!) Good luck

It never hurts to call and ask. Most of them will change the due date for you.
