yes you can. You'll most likely get a low limit - somewhere's between $100-$300 that you can spend with it. The average interest rate is about 16%. If you miss a payment it's around 28%. If you don't have a job, you can get a credit card thats made specifically for college students. Their interest rates are the same as a regular credit card and their limit is about $300. Usually you get 0% APR for 6 months as well as cash back or points on purchases. |

Yeah, but you'll probably have a high interest rate and a low amount that you can charge. You may have to have a cosigner - this is usually a parent, if you're young.
You can also get a secured card, meaning send them money first and they deduct your charges from that. It actually works more like a debit card. |

Yes just go to college and you'll get tons of offers. But why get a credit card if you don't have a means to pay? And don't do what college folks do and make payments with loan money. All your doing is creating a world a debt that will catch up to you later. If you are just staring off with credit good for you. There are so many people that would love to say that so they can start over and make differnet choices. Avoid credit until you get a job and even then be careful and only get a small amount. If you max out right away and can't pay down take it as a sign that your not ready for credit cards. |

yea try secured to improve your credit here is a good one aspire aspen Merrick try em be cautious when you do credit when you apply it count against you space your inquiries out in time.
