Maybe. You'd need to get a co-signer though, someone who has good credit. Usually co-signers are parents, but they could be a spouse or sibling or anyone else who is willing to sign on your behalf. Basically the co-signer says that they will pay the loan payments if you default. I think that's probably the only way to get a loan with no credit, but you could always go to your bank and see what they say. |

To date , I have found no one except the loan sharks, who charge as much as today's banks, who will loan you money when you have no credit. But be prepared for dire results if a payback isn't made as promised at the interest rate requested. |

Everybody ahead of me has pretty much said it. But you might want to make a stab at trying Prosper.com
It's a loan site where individuals lend to individuals. You set the interest rate you are willing to pay and individuals bid on making parts of your loan.
Read the intro and instruction sections very closely so you understand what you are doing and asking others to do. If you ask for $1,000, you may have 20 people each offering $50 to make up the $1000.
It's worth a shot.
