Yes, it is prepaid so it is the same as using cash. I give them to all my nieces and nephews as presents because they are so convenient and it makes them feel grown up to have a card. |

It is not like you have a regular mastercard, it is prepaid, meaning someone put money on this card, like it is secured by someone elses money, so there is no legality involved. Anyone can use it, anyone. |
