I don't understand how, a company cannot enter into a contract with a minor. A cardholder agreement is , in effect, a contract. Even banks won't open an account for a minor without a parent cosigning. |

Written law where I live is no company can engage in any contract with persons under 18. You might want to check into it. Damn creditors anyways!! |

No they can't ..they shouldn't have extended credit to a minor in the first place. They can nabb your parents though. |
