Credit companies have nothing to do but chase after people and they are international. Your bank was not ripping you off because you signed an agreement with them for the loan and the terms. Pay then leave the country or you will have to deal with someone chasing you all your life. |

u shud check if there is a branch of tht company in the country tht u r moving to. if u av any family left in the country tht u r moving out of, they can annoy ur family wit letters and also can get debt collectors to come nd take ur familys stuff but tht only happens in extreme cases(20gr +) u shud move nd c wot they do. |

You borrowed the money, you pay it back, you new the terms and conditions of the loan when you got it, if you don't pay it back it will be bled out of other customers of the bank, you seem to have a ligger attitude, pay your debts, and sleep an night, they will get you in the end. |

Within the European Union they can....but generally won't. I was offered a deal to pay about 20% of my loan and they'd write off the rest. You could try that. |

they might get loan sharks to get you. remeber banks have all the money they need to find you if they want there money. if u live to be 80 and then die your debt will be your kids and all that iterest will be alot of money. |

Not repaying a loan is slimy. It is not "debt" it is money YOU TOOK FROM ANOTHER PERSON AND DIDNT PAY BACK. It is UNETHICAL not to pay them back. Banks dont rip you off, you agreed to pay interest at the rate they offered you. You cant just take money and run, people WILL HUNT YOU DOWN. |
