From the 2007 Consumaers Action Handbook I quote "Credit repair companies advertise that they can erase bad credit for a hefty fee. Don't believe it.".
No one can delete anything from your credit file unless it is untrue. |

Just dispute things with the credit reporting agencies yourself. You'll save your money, and it's easy to do. |

Credit repair agencies are worthless. There is nothing they can do that you can't do yourself. Equifax has a dispute resolution process and this is the best way to go. Only erroneous account information will be deleted. Accounts that were past due or in collection in the past would be updated to state that they are now paid, but they will stay on your credit report. They will age off over the years and your credit score will get better as long as there are no more past dues. There's no quick fix of a credit report. If there were, that would defeat the purpose of the credit bureaus. |

Credit removal agencies can not get bad credit removed from your report if its legit. The good news is that recent credit history usually bears more weight than past when lenders look at your record, so keep paying on time, keep your balances below 30% of your credit card limit, don't apply for any new credit cards or fill out loan applications, etc. All these things will ding your credit score.
A couple of months ago, most lenders wouldn't even consider looking at you unless you were in the area of 630-640 and that was considered the subprime market (i.e. you pay a higher interest rate than others with better credit scores). Because of all the problems recently in that market, many have even raised their credit score requirements.
If you are a first time homebuyer check out Fannie Mae, you might qualify for one of their loans if you can get your scores up higher. |

if you have no late payments for over 2 years and all of the bad credit accounts show as paid then you most likely won't have a problem getting a loan for your home, these will not be removed from your credit until 7 years from the day that the were orginally posted to your credit report if you need more info on credit and getting a 100% financed home loan then you should see my profile and check out my blog lots of great information about credit and the best places to get low interest rate home loans and credit cards! Best of Luck don't worry if you have everything paid then you are will on your way to getting a better credit score!
If you have paid these items and they don't reflect that on your credit report then you can dispute them with the credit agency and they will contact the original creditor and get proff that they have been paid then they will list this next to the account on your credit report as paid! I hope that this info helped you! |

They can't get them deleted and it is illegal by the FTC to say they can. Refer to the site below on free consumer information on repairing your credit. |

No, bad accounts won't be deleted from your account. They do what you've been doing--try to get creditors to remove the account, often by having you "dispute" the entry. If the creditors have responded to you, there's no chance that they won't respond to the credit bureau if you "dispute" the charge. Not to mention that the process is illegal and dishonest. |
