Unless your financial situation is greatly changed, a credit card will only bring a world of trouble. I'm actually surprised you aren't receiving offers through the mail. Credit card companies love credit risks because of the higher interest rates and the likelihood of collecting late and over limit fees. |

If you ahve bed credit I have to assume that you are already in debt. WHY DO YOU WANT TO OWE MORE MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPANY????? You need to re-pay your past due accounts to clean up your credit to prove that you are a productive member of soceity and are worthy of a credit card. |

You can, but I wouldn't advise it. Bad credit = high interest rates.
You can get a secured credit card, where you basically deposit a few hundred dollars and that is your credit limit-- you still have to make payments like a normal credit card-- this is what helps re-establish your credit.

A prepaid CC, they make you put money on them up front, but they track your buying habits with in a way so that every time you buy something c/o the balance you already put onto the card it registers that you paid that charge off right quick and they do that intentionally so you can improve your credit rating. |

You can...but don't. You will end up paying for things about ten times over. If you have a bad credit score then your interest rates are going to be higher. I recommend paying off whatever debts you have now and then asking your creditors to lower you interest rates! |

Your best bet would be a secured credit card, you can only charge how much you have in an account...if you do this make sure that they report it to the companies that monitor your credit such as experian, etc....this way your credit gets better (if you pay on time).....I know that orchard bank http://www.orchardbank.com/ has a secured card. |

Orchard Bank is a card meant to help you "rebuild" your credit if u dont have such a good score. I have it, and the interest rate is actually really low. Plus, it's only a $450 limit so u can't get in too much trouble!! |
