Visa has a card they call visabuxx its made for teenagers
its basically a reloadable visa card
it can be reloaded either by the teenager or by the parent's either on line or by phone and there are no fees attachde with the card
and you use it like a credit card
both US bank an wachovia offer this card (a few other do to but you have to be an account holder for those)

Yes, you can get a re-loadable visa card. It is a prepaid card. It isn't a credit card which is completely different. Your family or friends put the money on it and it can be used like a gift card but to anywhere the Visa Card is accepted. |
