Yes you can. I had three. I got rid of Aspire. They were calling constantly to join the credit protection. I would recommend juniper but you will need to wait on a preapproved offer. Barclays (Juniper) believes in giving people second chance. I think it goes by different requirement's because technically it a foreign bank but payment location is here in the US. The card transaction are all done in US dollars. I pay my statement balance off each month. |

Nope, you wont as your credit history is the prime factor when it comes to getting credit. You can try banks who offer Secure credit card. you have to deposite some money for a year to obtain a credit card and if you pay your bills on time then you get your deposite back. try wells fargo. |

You should appy for a secured credit card. You will have to pay 100 - 300 dollars and this money will still be yours. Then you can charge against it. If you make your payments on time each month, the cc company will raise your limit and send you a check for the secured amount after a year or so. That is how most people start building up their credit. |
