Yes you can just make sure your Visa Card is INTERNATIONAL |

Don't believe that you can use that card world wide - you cannot. I usualy travel with both a Visa and a Master Card and carry debit cards that are on the STAR network. Between them all I can usualy purchase anything I want or get money from an ATM. |
