Ordinarily, no. A loan, is a form of contract, so in order to get one, you have to be legally responsible.
There are exceptions, however. Being an Emancipated Minor, for example, could grant you that status. |

They can , if they have an adult co-sign the loan.
The idead being , minors cannot enter in to a contract. Because in can of failure to deliver your part of the contract the other party cannot legally hold a minor responsible. |

A person under the age of 18 cannot enter into a contract. Therefore if a loan was made to such a person and they did not pay it back, the non-payment would not be enforceable. |
