35,000 divided by 12 (months), then divide that by 4.3 (weeks in a month) then divide that by 40 (hours in the work week) $16.96 per hour. That 4.3 weeks in a month is used by the government, as some months end up with 5 weeks per month in them. |

sure, just divide it up by 50 (weeks) then by 40 hours. that should give you $17.50 an hour. the reason that i didn't put 52 weeks is because most companies give their employees a 2 week vacation. |
