MAny sellers dont leave feedback till you do...just because he hasn't left you any does not mean your item has not been sent...you need to contact the seller and ask him has the item been posted...if you do not recieve it within a couple of weeks then you have to lodge a complaint...you cant just cancel the transaction. |

Just because he didn't leave you feedback yet doesn't mean he didn't ship your item.
Some buyers wait until you leave feedback before they leave feedback.
To make sure he sent your item, just contact him.
Don't be nasty with him, just politely inquire about when he shipped your item.
When someone buys something from me, I don't leave feedback until I know that the post office has processed my shipment.
Everyone does things differently.

SOmetimes it takes a while. Buying something on ebay is a legally binding contract. I don't think you will be able to cancel in this case. |

When you bid on an item, you enter into a binding contract with the seller.
However, sellers also want positive ratings, so if you wait to work the situation out with the seller before posting your rating, and you send the seller a polite message politely asking him not to send you the item, and offering to happily give him a positive rating once the situation is resolved, the seller will usually be happy to cancel the bid and refund you, minus the posting fee, since he'll have to repost the item on ebay. If you're polite and patient, you'll probably also get a positive or at least a neutral rating from the seller. |

1. Feedback is not mandatory
2. Most sellers leave it after buyer gets the item
3. You can't cancel a binding agreement
4. 5 days is not long enough to get an item. It's not like your seller ran to the post office as soon as you paid. You can't even file any complaint until 10 days have passed and you should never do that without contacting the seller. |

You cannot cancel it, once you buy it or win the bid it is yours to keep. He will not leave feedback on your payment until you leave feedback on your item, that is just the way it works. Once you leave good feedback he will do the same. However, if he were considerate at all he would let you know your shipment is on the way. I would definitely keep emailing him and asking him if he received your payment. |

Ebay sellers can take a LONG time. You're stuck dealing with him unless you can send him a message that you can get a refund and both mutually back out. Good luck! |
