ive looked on www.credit-card-comparison-online.co.uk for you and they all seem to charge 2% ,the co-op caps it at £100 but that doesnt help as it will only be £80 .
so it seems you stuck with a 2% fee unless someone else has found one .

Most cards charge a balance transfer fee, but try searching for one that has a promotion of free balance transfers. In the US this is common, but I'm not sure how the market is over there... I am constantly solicited with credit card offers with such criteria...
