I worked for Westpac for 2 years mate and thats exactly what I did.
Any problems in getting it. Say you will use it to pay out the card as well. (You dont have to close it, they dont check that)

A credit loan is based on credit to debt ratio. Your score is ok, but your credit is new, wait at lease a year!!! A bank will give you a loan but you would need docs like a utility bill, 5 refs and prof of income, a minium of $1700 per month before taxes income. But remember get a strong co and get a good rate and build your credit score, |

Well since you are new to your credit history it is probably unlikely for you to get financing for you car. You could try and maybe it could work. Is the credit card the only thing that you are using to boost your credit? If so they again probably wont give it to you because of a short credit history. What you should do is get a co signer. If you cant then give it a shot.To build credit history they say you need credit cards, and loans. The more loans you have and credit cards the bigger your credit is. Just remember to pay off your credit cards and loans. Debt brings you down in your credit score |
