Ok if I had good credit the answer would be simple. Though I dont know my credit score exactly affraid to look lol, I know it cant be great I owe like 12,000 in doctor bills, 2,500 in past due rent, and a cell phone bill, the only loan I ever had was paid for in full and ahead of time. What I am trying to do is get a loan for a house and about 10-15,000 extra to fix it up and sell it. Then pay off that loan before the first payment or as close as possible. Will I be able to do that or what will I have to do first and if I can do that will that build my credit in the process not sure really need some help in this field thanks for all post.
