do your self a favor and stay out of debt !!! , much easier to buy a home when you have no debt then when you do .
i currently have no credit cards and no debt . and frankly no credit history because i pay cash for everything . and even with that said i can buy a home tomorrow on credit if i wanted to ( the only thing i would ever use credit for ) but i already own my house free and clear |

Rather than using another credit card to improve your credit, you may wish to consider other forms of credit. A low-interest, short-term loan might serve you better. Credit cards are too easily abused, and the interest rates are horrendous, much of the time! |

just keep using and paying the secure card on time. Time and payment history is the best thing for your score. adding another card could hurt your score by hurting your debt to income and credit to income ratios. Not to mention the new inquiries to your credit rating. |

That score is an average one, so you should be able to get any card. Just shop around for the best deal, but don't use Capital One. Too many people have had trouble with them.

I agree with the first poster. Try Orchard bank, they are who I used several years ago after my bankruptcy and they had the lowest fees and interest rates. |

600ish score is pretty low/average. I've seen scores as high as 800, and I suggest you fix any derogatories asap because anything negative can hinder your chances of obtaining any credit in the future. |

Well i don't have good credit my self but i do have a couple of credit card go into www. rewards660.com and they gave me a visa with a credit limit if 300 minimum payments of $40 but that depends to.also got a MasterCard from www.MyimageineCard.com with a $70 credit and i am only going to pay 4.97 monthly that some thing to start of with and also to clean up your credit |
