It is daunting isn't it, but with all challenges once you get on the other side it is really good. I am speaking from experience so just know that it will get better...keep fighting! I have a link on my profile if you want to learn ways to repair your credit.

Good Luck!

OK, I sympathize with you. One thing I can suggest is to go to your bank and ask them if they will give you a loan to pay off your debts and pay them back over a longer period with regular, smaller payments. I did this and was amazed that they said yes!

Another option to consider is a line of credit loan. This is explained on this website and I recommend you check it out.

I hope this helps. Good luck!

try to get a low interest consolidation loan. Try to get a second job if you can.

Sit down and figure out how much you can afford to pay on each of your bills and still have money for groceries and gas, etc. Then call each of your creditors and explain your situation. Be very honest. They are human and will likely understand your situation. Let them know up front what you can pay on the account monthly. Chances are they will take what they can get because it is better than not getting paid at all. Then just make sure you pay everyone as promised. If something comes up and you are going to be late on a payment, call that creditor and let them know. The more you communicate with them, the more likely they are to help you out. Many credit card companies offer programs for financial hardship that will suspend fees and interest for a certain period of time. Ask your creditors if they offer anything like that. You might be surprised to find out how willing they are to help you out.

Small steps like paying your bills on time and using only part of the credit available to you. Also use your credit cards for making small payments regularly, so that it is reflected in your credit record. More tips available at http://www.acreditlibrary.com/buildcredit.html

I know how you feel, just take it one day at at time....If you went to court already, and the court established child support, then your ex has to help you pay medical bills as well....You can always take your ex back to court and modify the court ruling and request more child support.....He is obligated to pay, it is a felony not to pay child support. As for the other bills, try calling all of your creditors, explain your situation and ask if you can set up a monthly payment plan...Or you can always talk to a debt consolidation place, or find a family member that can give you a loan. You've got to eat, so people just have to understand, we all go through financial difficulties in life.....good luck
