Yes. That is a great score. Great score= better interest rates and terms. Beware though, with a great score like that they will loan you money you can't afford to pay back.

784 credit score is not good, it is excellent. It has a tremendous effect on your life, you can get better interest rates with lenders, lower rates on credit cards and employers in some industries also look at your credit score when making a hiring decision.
You are obviously responsible, and repay your debts with a score like that. One word of information, every time you apply for credit or let someone pull a credit score on you, it can lower your score.
So guard your excellent rating and keep up the good work. |

Your fico credit score of (784) would qualify you for a refinance national average interest rate of (5.89%) as of April 4, 2008. This would result in a monthly mortgage payment of ($ 1,734) for a mortgage with 1.0 points and an 80% Loan-to-Value Ratio for a single family, owner occupied property. Based on a 30 year fixed rate mortgage refi with a $300,000 loan amount.
Use the credit tier to grade your credit. This will give you a better idea of where you stand when you request a current refinance rate quote.
Keep in mind that your “Mid” fico credit score is the one used for refinance mortgage qualification. For instance, if your Transunion credit score is a 794, Equifax score is a 774, and your Experian score is a 764, then your qualifying credit score would be a 774.

This is a good score and should be able to help you get credit for larger items like cars or property, considering other factors aslo of course like income and credit. |
