I always pay cash, either green or ATM. It would not make sense to pay interest on gas.
I have changed my driving habits, taking note of fuel cost when deciding on destinations. I usually stay closer. I also run all of my errends at the same time, instead of one or two a day. |

I always charge gas on a card since I purchase gas daily... sometimes more than once a day depending on my route.
I do so not only for the cash flow, but my credit cards give me rebates on my gas purchases ranging from 2 to 5 per cent. Some cards to better.
When I collect my billings, then I pay off the credit cards. I almost never pay a finance charge for the credit cards due to timing the charges relative to the billing cycles on the various cards. |

I've always charged for gas...it makes it faster to pay at the pumps. I always pay off the card each month. No change...still doing that. If I couldn't afford gas, I'd use public transportation. |
