It's possible, if the person somehow was able to get different SSN for each personality. Even so, it would take a lot of effort because you have to prove your Citizenship, Age and Identity for each personality. That means at least the person must have multiple birth certificates. The only way to do that is by taking over, or stealing other people's birth certificates.
And the rest is like a story line of a suspense or mystery thriller about a serial killer who murder people for their identities. |
