If your 13 - to like 15 you need parental permission then 16 you can get it on your own.
and 18+ is to get any card.

no they are called a green card believe it or not and you just have to load it with cash when the money is gone so is your abilty to pay, but they work. |

No, you just have to have the money to deposit. Because a prepaid is just like cash then there is no age requirement, it is not like opening a line af credit where you have to supply your personal info. |
