150% SCAM. You should NEVER send any money to anyone up front as a "guarantee" or "insurance" for a loan.
You will send him the $269.00 and never see the loan. But in addition to that he will either ask for more money because of things that have come up. Or since he has your account info, he will just wipe out your account. |

Yes this is a scam... not only will you lose most likely your $269.00 that you send via western union... but since the funds will be "transferred" to your account.... they will also have all the information of your account... so they can also drain that too.
There is no one I know of that will give an "unsecured loan" of $50,000.00 without a credit check ... as there is nothing to collateralize this loan if you do not repay. and for this reason alone... this appears to be a scam..
Think of it this way if you had an extra $50000.00 laying around would you just lend it to anyone without checking their credit... without making sure that the person your lending it to has the ability to pay even just the "monthly payment" I would bet you yourself would not lend money this way... so why would you think anyone else would....
Unless you really want to part with not only your $269.00 and the money that is in your account to be transferred into... I would try to remember that if it seems to good to be true... it's most likely a Scam. |

If he was willing to loan you that money, he could just deduct the insurance fees directly from that. This is a scam. Run away. |

This guy is after your money, if you are silly enough to send him the 269.00 that will be the last you will see of it, because you won't get the 50,000 dollars and you won't hear any more of him when he had you money. |

This most definitely sounds like a scam. Never send anyone money in advance of some promised payoff (whether it's a loan or free money or anything that sounds too good to be true). If you need a legitimate loan and don't have an established credit rating check out a peer-to-peer lending site like Prosper.com. There are also credit cards for those with bad or limited credit history if you need to borrow money for the short term. |

Yikes! You can't be serious. This is the oldest Internet scam there is. They have even started calling people on the phone now to get this type of information. Then they clean out your back account. |
