It would be failry difficult to use paypal, whether sending or receiving money. How would you be able to pay for anything or send any money without a funding source (credit card/checking/savings account) Also, if you did have a paypal account and someone sent you money, how would you get it out? if you don't have a checking/savings account on file for the money to get transferred to, not to mention checking account is required in order to become paypal verified and become eligible to get a PayPal debit card in which you could withdraw money out of your PayPal account at an ATM. So to answer your question, you can have a PayPal account, but it won't be of any use to you if you don't have a credit card and/or checking or savings account on file with them |

Yes you need one or the other to register to buy/sell with Pay Pal. You also need to register bank details to sell on ebay |
