No, absolutely not. Why would you want to stop stacking a 100 of them each time you want to deposit a dollar to your bank account? Not to mention saving your gas money to make the trip to the bank? And pretending there is a huge difference in saving when paying $11 for something that costs $10.99 . So yes, it's definitely worth having pennies around |

No, then all the businesses would just round all the prices UP to the nearest nickel. You wouldn't notice on a daily basis, but when you add it all up it would be a huge ripoff. |

Heck no! I save pennies all year, nickels and dimes too. They pay for my kids Christmas every year. By the end of the year I have over $400.00 usually. Mostly pennies.
Also we need them for sales tax........... |
